SANKEN Vertical glass washing machine can be used for insulating glass line or connected with vertical glass processing equipmemnt, such as vertical CNC processing center, vertical drilling machine, vertical sand blasting machine, vertical edging machines etc., or suitable for some factories with limited area. The protective cover and structure framework are installed with stainless steel or other special treatment steel, with a special design for LOW-E glass washing. With three(3) groups of cleaning brush and a speical design for the high pressure air knives system. The transmission system adopts intelligent mechanical stepless speed regulation to achieve high stability and efficiency production. With a unique drying design, it can clean different specifications of common float glass, coated glass and Low-e glass perfectly.

Ventaja

The cleaning machine, steel structure and protective cover are all made of high-quality brushed stainless steel. It is divided into three sections: pre-rinsing, cleaning and drying. It consists of a conveyor roller, a cylindrical nylon brush and a drive device, a water spray pipe and a water supply system, a wiper, a wind knife air filter, and a circulating air device.

Four pairs of high-temperature nylon brushes are driven by four asynchronous motors. The four pairs of brushes are cleaned. The high-pressure water nozzle can be disassembled for cleaning, which is easy to maintain.

The gap spring of the brush roller is automatically adjustable, which is easy to clean glass of different thicknesses and types.

Automatic tensioning and pressing of the conveyor roller, automatic adjustment for cleaning glass of different thicknesses, oil-free stainless steel waterproof bearings, stainless steel, aluminum or copper are used for the parts in contact with water, and the service life is long; at the end of the cleaning section, there is a soft wiper on the upper and lower sides of the glass, and the glass passes between the two wipers.

Clean water can be recycled. Three submersible pumps are used for water supply. The water tank has a water heating device to heat the water. Using water at a temperature of about 50°C to clean the glass will have a better effect.

The unique wind knife design uses a pair of stainless steel inclined wind knives made by CNC bending technology to form high-pressure wind filtration. The pressurized air is connected to the wind knife mouth through a hose. The dry air blows from the wind knife mouth to the glass piece at an optimal angle to clean it, and the drying effect is good.

The fan adopts a circulating wind device with heating function and circulating wind design.

The cleaning adopts oil-free lubricated stainless steel waterproof bearings to avoid secondary pollution of water sources and eliminate the possibility of floating oil molecules when the glass passes through the strong wind pressure drying area (the glass surface will produce bright spots when it encounters natural light after the oil molecules adhere to the surface).
