This Exclusive Fully Automatic Glass Pre-processing Line is shuttling type, it consists of automatic glass loading table, positioning talbe,  CNC cutting & automatic breaking machine, CNC eding machine, automatic drilling machine, automatic conveying table and shuttling device. The movement of cutting, breaking, edging, drilling and shuttling are controlled by SERVO.  This is a super-advanced, highly automated glass pre-processing line, which can automatically process the glass loading, CNC glass cutting, glass breaking, glass edging and hole drilling. It can connect with the glass washer or other machines to realize on-line high-efficiency and super-intelligent production, it can greatly reduce the labor cost.

SANKEN Automotive Front Windshield Glass Bending Furnace is controlled by PLC and computer. The computer operating system adopts the dynamic image display, which is convenient for the operation of human-computer interaction. When the equipment fails, it can be automatically warned and recorded, and the source of failure can be found on the computer, which is convenient for troubleshooting. The equipment is designed with multiple limit protections. The temperature control is intelligent, and the output power of heaters has a good stability. Each trolley is equipped with a mould positioning mechanism to avoid the displacement of mould during the transmission, so as to ensure that the glass curved spherical surface of each pair is consistent and with the best fit. It has a continuous cooling annealing structure, and adopts variable frequency blowers to control the air volume, so that the glass can achieve the best cooling effect. The standard configuration has 24 trolleys, and the circulating conveying system is top-in and bottom-out, it realizes continuous high-class and high-efficiency production.

SANKEN vacuum pre-laminated production line consists of the conveying line of dust-free clean assembly room, glass vacuum pre-laminated furnace, glass unloading conveying line and vacuum ring recycling conveyor. The whole line is controlled by PLC and touch screen, with friendly human-computer interface, high automation and superior quality. Note: The pre-laminated of lamination glass is an important process before putting into the autoclave.

SANKEN curved glass washing machine is specialized in cleaning the front and rear windshields, side windows and roof glass of automobiles. It is controlled by PLC and touch screen, and it is highly intelligent. The whole machine adopts high-quality stainless steel cover and water tank, with the functions of pre-spraying, high-pressure water flushing, pure water flushing and high-pressure air knife drying, and the high-pressure flushing is equipped with water heaters, all these functions will ensure that the cleaning effect be optimal. 

1. Frequency conversion control of air pressure and volume.    

2. Automatically adjust the frequency of blower inverter according to the detection of glass entry and delivery. 

3. Automatically detect the glass to turn on/off the pure water spraying valve.   

4. If there is no glass entering for a long time, the water pump will be automatically turned off.

5. Automatic detection of water and air filter, automatic alarm for filter blocking.   

6. Automatically detect the fault of all motors, stop them and give alarm.  

7. With automatic water refilling function.   

8. With automatic water heating control. 

SANKEN automotive glass bent tempered furnace adopts world-class technical design, advanced frequency conversion blower control and intelligent temperature module control, and is perfectly combined with unique design of air tank and heat balance, which will process tip-top quality automotive side wind glass and rear windshield for customers.

The curved bent tempering of automotive side wind glass adopts automatic synchronous forming technology for the upper and lower conveying rollers, automatically adjusts the curved arc through the computer, the final finished curved glass has high precision and smooth arc. For the rear windshield, the glass is heated and formed by shaping mould, with lifting device for upper pressing die. The transmission and lifting of the bending forming section are all controlled by SERVO motors.
